We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your orderonce it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping after we have received the package by the way of return to sender.Â
We have no ability to redirect or request the package to be returned to us once it has left the facility.Â
Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser. We will not issue any refunds on orders that were delivered to an incorrect address. Â
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, within 12 hours of placing the order. we would be happy to fix it! Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with you! Â
